In March 2024, he assumed the position of CEO of the Warsaw Stock Exchange (GPW). The beginnings of his career are linked to the ABN AMRO brokerage house and Credit Suisse First Boston. He also served as Head of Institutional Sales at DM BZ WBK and as CEO of CAIB Securities. He held the positions of Head of Emerging Europe Equity Research and Head of CEE Equities at UniCredit CAIB. Additionally, he was Managing Director and Head of the Polish branch of Credit Suisse Securities, as well as a Board Member and Head of the Public Markets Department at Vestor Dom Maklerski. Since 2019, he was Managing Director of the Capital Markets Department and an Advisor to the Management Board at IPOPEMA Securities.

He earned a bachelor's degree from the Faculty of Finance and Banking at the Warsaw School of Economics (SGH) and a master's degree in international finance from the University of Amsterdam. He completed doctoral studies at Kozminski University, the Advanced Management Program at IESE Business School, and the Program for Leadership Development at Harvard Business School. He also studied at Staffordshire University Business School in the UK and at Wirtschaftsuniversität in Vienna.

He is a licensed stockbroker (license number 2110) and holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) title. He has been repeatedly recognized in prestigious rankings as the best stock market analyst.

Dominik Bekkewold

Director of Sales, Fidelity International Representation in Poland. Working at Fidelity's Warsaw office since 2011, responsible for developing operations and distribution of Fidelity Funds in Poland, among others. With over 16 years of experience in the financial services industry, he began his career at Fidelity International in 2008 at the London office, serving as an Investment Fund Analyst. Prior to joining Fidelity, he worked as a Financial Analyst at Ancoria Insurance Ltd. in Cyprus from 2006 to 2008. He started his career as a Deputy Investment Advisor at Meritus Capital Stockholm AB in Sweden in 2005. He holds a license as an Asset Allocation Advisor from Sweden and has a master's degree in economics from the University of Skövde.

Sebastian Buczek graduated from the Warsaw School of Economics, he has PhD and post-PhD degree in economics.
Between 1997-2018 he was employed in the Warsaw School of Economics, in years of 2009-2018 as Professor of Economics.
He is licensed investment advisor and securities broker.
From 1996 to 2007 he worked for ING Group in Poland. In 1999 he became Member of the Management Board of ING TFI S.A., in 2002 Deputy CEO of ING Investment Management (Polska) S.A. and ING TFI S.A., in 2006 CEO of ING Investment Management (Polska) S.A. and ING TFI S.A.
He has been the founder, the key shareholder, CEO and CIO of Quercus TFI S.A. since August 2007.
In 2020 and 2021 QUERCUS Aggressive Fund, managed by S. Buczek, was the best Polish equity fund with net returns of +30.8% and +41.1% (vs WIG benchmark of -1,4% and +24,4%) and awarded by Analizy.pl and Gazeta Gieldy Parkiet.
Since 2011 S. Buczek has been Member of the Supervisory Board of Navigator Capital S.A. and since November 2021 Chairman of the Supervisory Board of DI Xelion sp. z o.o.
S. Buczek is Honorary Citizen of Jedlina-Zdroj, his hometown.

Piotr Dmuchowski

He graduated from the Faculty of International Relations with a specialization in International Finance at the SGH Warsaw School of Economics and graduated from Heriot-Watt University in Edinburgh with a specialization in Economics and Marketing. He completed postgraduate studies at the University of Oxford in the field of private market investments and postgraduate studies at the University of Cambridge in the field of Sustainable Management.

He gained professional experience related to the financial market at HSBC Polska, where in the period 2008-2012 he worked as a Dealer and Senior Dealer for Institutional Clients, then in the years 2013-2020 he was the Director for Cooperation with Institutional Clients of this Bank, and in the years 2020-2022 he was the Managing Director of the Financial Markets Division of HSBC Polska. In 2020-2022, he also served as Treasurer of HSBC and was a member of the Management Committee of HSBC Polska, i.e. the highest body of this bank in Poland. He was responsible, among others, for managing the bank's balance sheet and liquidity, including managing the investment portfolio of HSBC Polska debt instruments.

Michał Duniec

President of the Management Board | Analizy Online

Graduate of the Faculty of Management at the University of Warsaw and Vlekho Business School in Brussels. He holds a securities broker license (number 2868). He completed a managerial program at the ICAN Institute (Harvard Business Review). He has been associated with the capital market since 2006. He began his professional career in the sales area at Bank Zachodni WBK (now Santander Bank) and Investment Fund Managers. In 2007, he joined Analizy Online, where he worked successively as an Analyst, Senior Analyst, and then Director of the Analysis Department. Since 2014, he has served as President of the Management Board of Analizy Online, responsible for analysis, business relations, and marketing. He is also the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the subsidiary KupFundusz SA. He is the initiator of the implementation of Good Information Practices (DPI) in the fund market. In October 2023, he joined POLSIF (Sustainable Investment Forum Poland) as an ordinary member. For many years, he has participated in industry conferences and given lectures on the functioning of the investment fund market in Poland.

Piotr Dygas

An experienced manager with over 20 years of experience in the investment fund market. He has worked for KBC Group, Skarbiec TFI, Rockbridge TFI, and currently for Pekao TFI. He specializes in the distribution of investment products to individual clients and companies. He also has experience in portfolio management services on behalf of clients. He has been actively involved in offering PPE (Employee Pension Programs) and PPK (Employee Capital Plans) to entrepreneurs.

A participant in numerous training courses and workshops on the capital market. Since 2006, he has been collaborating with the Warsaw Institute of Banking on EFPA EFA certification. Since 2017, he has held an Executive MBA from the Faculty of Management at the University of Warsaw, with EQUIS, AACSB, and AMBA accreditations.

An economic journalist specializing in investment funds and personal finance. Until November 2020, she was an editor and publisher at Business Insider Polska. Previously, she wrote for Puls Biznesu for five years. She received a commendation for Best Debut of the Year 2011 from the Chamber of Fund and Asset Managers. She graduated in journalism from the University of Warsaw. A fan of the fantasy genre, particularly the works of Andrzej Sapkowski. In her free time, she plays the violin.

Graduate of the Department of Finance and Banking at the Warsaw School of Economics. He started his professional career in 2003 as an analyst in BNP Paribas Bank Polska S.A. and between 2004 and 2007 worked as a dealer in ING Bank Śląski S.A. Between 2008 and 2014, employed at BPH TFI S.A. as a fund manager, deputy director of the asset management department and risk management department director. In 2009 obtained the license of an investment adviser. Between 2014 and 2015 managed the funds in Millennium TFI S.A. In 2015 joined the company as Santander funds (previously: Arka funds) manager. Winner of the Alfa 2015 award for the best stable growth fund as well as the Alfa 2022 award for the best long-term Polish Treasury securities fund. In 2018, Credit Agricole Stable Growth, which he managed (the debt part) together with Jakub Płotka (the equity part of the portfolio), won the Best Stable Growth Fund award.

In 2000, he became the President of the Management Board and Investment Director at Korona TFI S.A. After the merger with Union Investment TFI S.A., from December 2000 to March 2022, he was the Vice President of the Management Board and Investment Director at Union Investment TFI S.A. and after the acquisition by the Generali Group – Generali Investments TFI S.A. Legal Counsel, Non-Practicing Attorney, Member of the Program Council of the Artificial Intelligence Working Group at the Chancellery of the Prime Minister. She is a laureate of the "Golden Laurel of Koźmiński University" award for outstanding achievements. She graduated with honors in law from Kozminski University in Warsaw (ALK). She also completed postgraduate studies in Compliance and AML Analysis at ALK and Law of Modern Technologies at ALK. She has over 10 years of experience in legal services for the financial industry, capital markets, alternative investments, and luxury goods. Her professional experience began at DnB Nord S.A. Bank, followed by her role as Head of the Legal Department at Wealth Solutions S.A. Currently, she serves as the Compliance Officer at KupFundusz S.A. She provides comprehensive legal services to companies, including entities in the capital market. She specializes in advising on the monitoring, assessment, and mitigation of regulatory, legal, and business risks, as well as in modern technology law, ESG, and AML.

Mariusz Jaszczyk

Manager with several years of experience in corporate finance and accounting. He has extensive knowledge in controlling, auditing and mergers and acquisitions. He gained his professional experience in consulting companies KPMG, EY, financial institutions - PKO Bank Polski Group and the Polish Development Fund Group. Co-author of the law on Employee Capital Plans (PPK). Recently, he managed the finance and controlling division at PFR S.A. He completed his doctoral studies at the College of Management and Finance of the Warsaw School of Economics, having previously obtained his master's degree in Finance and Banking at the same university. Since 2009, he has been enrolled in the list of statutory auditors maintained by the Polish Chamber of Statutory Auditors.

Tomasz Korab

With 26 years of experience in the capital market, he holds an investment advisor license No. 167 and a stockbroker license No. 1581. He graduated in Finance and Banking from the Warsaw School of Economics.

He began his professional career in 1997 as a broker at Bank Handlowy in Warsaw SA. He then was responsible for all client relations at CAIB Investment Management SA, including advisory services regarding the selection and modification of clients' investment strategies. From 2001 to 2003, he worked as an Investment Advisor and Deputy Portfolio Management Director at BRE Asset Management SA, where he was responsible for equity and balanced portfolios. In 2004, he became a Member of the Board and later the Vice President of the Board of OPERA TFI SA. From 2007 to 2010, he was a General Partner of OPERA-Kwiatkowski i Wspólnicy S.K.A – a company managing investment fund portfolios and individual client portfolios. He has been with EQUES Investment TFI SA since November 2011. Since April 2020, he has been the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of CERES Dom Inwestycyjny SA. Graduate of the Poznań University of Economics and Business in Capital Investment and Corporate Financial Strategies. Doctor of Social Sciences in the field of Economics and Finance. Licensed investment adviser (360) and securities broker (2292). He has worked with financial institutions since 2011. He gained his professional experience for instance at investment fund companies Skarbiec TFI and Ipopema TFI where he managed treasury, corporate and foreign bond funds. Participant of numerous trainings on financial instruments organised by both Polish and international institutions. Involved with Michael / Ström Dom Maklerski S.A. since December 2021.

Monika Kurtek

Chief Economist | Bank Pocztowy

She has been involved in banking since 2005. Before joining Bank Pocztowy, she worked in the economic analysis team at Bank BPH. From 2000 to 2005, she was associated with the Ministry of Finance, in the Department of Financial Policy, Analysis, and Statistics. She is a graduate of the Faculty of Economics and Sociology at the University of Łódź. She also completed postgraduate studies in corporate finance and taxation, as well as doctoral studies at the Warsaw School of Economics. She has attended numerous macroeconomics courses, including at the International Monetary Fund in Austria and the United States, as well as in Japan. She has participated in and won several macroeconomic and market competitions organized by Gazeta Giełdy Parkiet, Rzeczpospolita, NBP, and Puls Biznesu.

Started his adventure in the capital market as a securities broker at BM Bank BGŻ. Konrad Łapiński

Konrad Łapiński is a graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics. He has been investing in the stock market since 1993. After completing his studies, he began his professional career at Skarbiec TFI S.A. In his first year, he worked as an equity market analyst. For the next seven years, he was a fund manager specializing in equity-related funds. His funds were repeatedly recognized as the best-managed in Poland. In mid-2008, Łapiński resigned from his position as a salaried fund manager and established the Total FIZ fund, where he invested his own wealth. Total FIZ is the first original fund in Poland, created by the initiative of the manager, not the investment fund company (TFI).

Krzysztof Madej

Deputy Chief investment Officer | PKO TFI

Krzysztof is a graduate of the Higher School of International Commerce and Finance in Warsaw (BA honours degree in International Finance) and the SGH Warsaw School of Economics (MA degree in Finance and Banking).

He completed doctoral studies at the Institute of Economic Sciences of the Polish Academy of Sciences. He also successfully finished the Global Finance programme run by MUCIA Global and the New York Institute of Finance. Krzysztof has over 20 years of experience in financial markets, acquired working at key financial institutions in the country. He started his career as an interest rate trader in the interbank market. In the following years, he was responsible for int. al. management of the debt part of a pension fund (which achieved the best rate of return of all open-end investment funds over a 10-year period), supervision of teams and management of debt and global macro investment funds, including total return funds. In the last 5 years, he served as Chief Executive Officer (CEO)and Chief Investment Officer (CIO) at Mount TFI, where he gained extensive experience in the field of non-public assets (private debt and real estate) and regulatory issues.

Head of Emerging Markets Macro Research | PGIM Fixed Income

Magdalena Polan is a Principal, Head of Emerging Market Macroeconomic Research and the Lead Economist for major emerging market economies in Central Europe and the Middle East for PGIM Fixed Income. She is based in London and works closely with EM portfolio managers and the broader EM team to translate fundamental macroeconomic views into investment positioning for global emerging markets. Prior to joining the Firm in 2021, Ms. Polan served as Global Emerging Market Economist for Legal & General Investment Management. Prior to that she worked at Goldman Sachs and the IMF, where she reviewed IMF programs and policies for EM economies during the global financial crisis and worked on issues related to public debt and financial markets. She received BSc in economics from Warsaw University and MSc in Advanced Economics from KU Leuven.

Krzysztof Prasał

Graduate of the Department of Finance and Banking at the University of Łódź and a one-year Business Administration program at the University of Mannheim. He completed, among others, the course for investment advisor candidates and long-term programs organized by the CFA Institute and The Professional Risk Managers' International Association, earning the titles of Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and Professional Risk Manager (PRM). He began his professional career in 2000 at the headquarters of Dresdner Bank AG in the strategic planning and management team within the Asset Management Division. From 2001, he was associated with KPMG Consulting GmbH based in Frankfurt am Main, where he gained experience and knowledge in investment banking and brokerage operations of renowned international financial institutions such as Deutsche Bank, DAB Bank (HVB Group), Postbank, and Sal. Oppenheim. From 2004, he was associated with BRE Bank SA, where he was responsible for measuring the performance of business lines, overseeing the capital management area within the BRE Bank Group, and participating in the work of the bank's asset and liability management committee. He has been with Xelion Investment House since 2008, initially as Chief Financial Officer and later as Vice President of the Management Board, overseeing finance, risk, IT, HR, and logistics. Małgorzata Rusewicz

For over 13 years, she has been involved in the Polish capital market. In 2013, she assumed the position of President of the Polish Chamber of Pension Funds, and since 2019, she has also been the President of the Chamber of Fund and Asset Managers. Since February 2024, she has been a member of the Supervisory Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange. She is also a member of the Financial Market Development Council at the Ministry of Finance. Additionally, she serves on numerous advisory bodies and Program Councils related to the functioning of the financial market, including the European Financial Congress. Małgorzata Rusewicz represents Poland on the Board of Directors of the European Fund and Asset Management Association (EFAMA).

In recent years, she has also been a member of the Risk Committee of KDPW CCP and the Supervisory Committee for Benchmark Interest Rates at GPW Benchmark. She is a lawyer by education and has completed postgraduate studies in insurance at SGH (Warsaw School of Economics). Her professional career began in 2002 at the Social Insurance Institution (ZUS). In the following years, she collaborated with the Institute of Labor and Social Affairs and the European Commission as an expert in the labor market and insurance law. From 2005 to 2007, she was associated with the University of Ghent, where she participated in the Training and Reporting on European Social Security program. From 2007 to 2012, at the Lewiatan Confederation, she served as the Director of the Department of Social Dialogue and Labor Relations and as the Coordinator of the Labor Market Council.

Zbigniew Wójtowicz

In 2012 appointed as a president of Investors TFI. Piotr Zagała

Director of the Asset Management Department / Fund Manager | BNP Paribas TFI

A graduate of the University of Economics in Katowice, he has been involved with the financial market since 1999. He worked as an investment advisor at Pioneer Brokerage House, where he focused on macroeconomic analysis and the debt market in Poland. From 2000 to 2008, he worked as a manager at SEB TFI, responsible for the debt portion of portfolios and later also responsible for managing an equity fund. In 2003, the fund he managed achieved the highest return among debt funds in Poland, and in 2005, Analizy Online awarded him the prize for the best performance among debt funds over a three-year period.

He holds investment advisor license number 142. Since 2015, he has been heading the Asset Management Department at BNP Paribas TFI S.A.

Grzegorz Zawada

Director of the Brokerage Office | PKO BP

He has over 23 years of experience in the financial markets, gained both in Poland and abroad. He began his career in the National Investment Funds program as an analyst and later as Director of New Investments. From there, he moved to the financial advisory department of the international consulting firm Deloitte, where he worked on advisory projects for both Polish and foreign investors.

In 2000, he joined the Erste Bank Group, where he initially oversaw analyses of the Polish stock market as Director of the Research Depart-ment at Erste Securities Polska. In 2004, he assumed the role of Chief Financial Officer at Erste Securities Polska, and the following year, he joined the Management Board of the company. He was responsible for finance, operations, and research.

From 2007 to 2011, he worked in London's financial district as a director in the research departments of Nomura, RBS, and HSBC banks.

In 2011, he joined the team at PKO Bank Pol-ski, taking on the role of Director of the Brokerage House. Under his leadership, the Broke-rage House became a leading institution in the Polish capital market, receiving numerous awards and recognitions.

In 2014, he was appointed Vice President of the Ma-nagement Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange (GPW). He was responsible for strategy and business development at GPW, particularly for product development and client rela-tions. He served as Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Bondspot, Vice-Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the Polish Power Exchange (TGE), and as GPW's representative on the WIBOR Council. In the past, he also served as a member of the supervisory boards of pu-blicly listed companies.

From 2016 to 2017, he was a Member of the Manage-ment Board responsible for Finance at the Polish Development Fund (PFR), and from 2017 to 2018, he served as Vice President of the Management Board responsible for investment banking at the brokerage house Noble Securities.

In 2019, he worked at the Ta-dawul Stock Exchange in Saudi Arabia, where he was responsible for implementing stra-tegy and managing performance as Head of Strategy and Corporate Performance. He holds a Master's degree from the Warsaw School of Economics and has completed po-stgraduate studies at the Booth School of Business, University of Chicago. He also holds an MBA from the University of Minnesota and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).
