Konrad Łapiński is a graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics. He has been investing on the stock exchange since 1993. After graduation he started his professional career in Skarbiec TFI S.A. For the first year he worked as a stock market analyst. The next 7 years as equity fund manager. His funds were repeatedly awarded as the best managed in Poland. In mid-2008, Łapiński resigned from work as a hired manager and established the TOTAL FIZ fund, where he located his assets. TOTAL FIZ is the first original fund in Poland. The fund was established on the initiative of the manager and not the asset management company.

Iain McAra is Director, Global Industry Standards, focusing on outreach in the EMEA region. He joined CFA Institute in April 2012 in New York, relocating to the CFA Institute London office in August 2013.
Prior to joining CFA Institute, and for a little over 14 years, he was Vice President, US Performance Analysis Group for JPMorgan Asset Management, based in New York, where he also oversaw GIPS compliance. Originally from the UK, he worked in Performance Analysis for Citibank and Baring Asset Management, transferring to Baring’s Boston office in 1994 where he was also responsible for AIMR-PPS / GIPS compliance.
As a volunteer working with performance standards, he served on and chaired various GIPS/AIMR committees since 1992 including the USIPC and latterly was the chair of the Investment Manager Subcommittee and member of the GIPS Executive Committee. As CFA Staff he has supported or continues to support the EMEA GIPS Sponsors, Investment Manager and Interpretations sub committees as well as the Risk and Investment Reporting Working Groups. He was a member of the EIOPA PRIIPs KID consultative and the Costs and Past Performance expert groups, and works with other industry groups in the UK and the EU. Recently he has been working on the Global Investment Performance Standards (GIPS®) for Fiduciary Management Providers to UK Pension Schemes, which has been mandated by the UK regulator.

Bartosz Pawlowski is the Chief Investment Officer of mBank Private Banking where he focuses on asset allocation for both discretionary asset management and investment advisory. Previously he spent almost 10 years in London, initially as Global Head of Emerging Markets Strategy at BNP Paribas and then as a Portfolio Manager at Finisterre Capital, an EM-oriented macro hedge fund. Małgorzata Rusewicz is a graduate of the Faculty of Law at the University of Białystok and postgraduate studies in insurance at the Warsaw School of Economics. She started her career as a lawyer at the Social Insurance Institution (ZUS). In next years she has co-worked with the Institute of Labor and Social Affairs and the European Commission as an expert in labor market and insurance law.
Between 2005 and 2007 she was associated with the Ghent University, where she participated in “Training and Reporting on European Social Security” program. She is the author of numerous publications on insurance law and the labor market.
From 2007 to 2012 she worked at PKPP Lewiatan as the director of the Department of Social Dialogue and Labor Relations as well as the Labor Market Council Coordinator. She was a member of the Tripartite Social Insurance Commission, the Social Dialogue Committee at the European Commission, and the expert groups working for BUSINESSEUROPE. Since May 2013 she has been the CEO at IGTE and since January 2020 she has been also the CEO at IZFiA.

Saurabh Sharma is an Associate Investment Director in Fidelity’s equity team. A graduate of the Faculty of Economic Sciences at the University of Warsaw with a degree in Computer Science and Econometrics, since 2013 a licensed investment advisor. In the years 2007 - 2013 he was employed in Skarbiec TFI, initially as an Analyst in the Investment Risk Control Team and then as a Manager/Analyst in the Asset Management Department. From March 2013 to November 2017 he worked for Amundi Polska TFI as Senior Fund Manager and then Director of the Asset Management Department. He works in the team managing equity funds of Generali Investments TFI since 2017. He also manages global share funds and part of the funds within the Employee Capital Plans.

Graduated from the Poznan University of Economics with a degree in Finance and Banking. He began his career in the financial market in 2007 at BZ WBK Asset Management S.A. (currently Santander TFI S.A.), gaining experience as a Dealer and Macroeconomic Analyst, before being promoted to Fund Manager position. From 2014 he was employed at Ipopema TFI S.A. as Portfolio Manager and Head of Interest Rates and Credits. He was responsible for treasury bonds, corporate debt and money market funds.
